Charles William Dickerson (1846-1932)3 was a Confederate Veteran who served in the Sixth Virginia Cavalry under Fitzhugh Lee, and for more than 50 years was a druggist in Cartersville1.

In 1929 James Hunter Hume took over Dickinson's Drug store.2
