Fitzhugh Brothers, 201 East Main St., Charlottesville VA (1910-1958)
Fitzhugh Drug Store, 201 East Main St., Charlottesville VA (1959-1960+)

Notes:
James Stuart Fitzhugh (1873-1951)3 and Glassel Fitzhugh (1875-1917)4 were the Fitzhugh Brothers1. They purchased a drugstore from Mr Charles G. Maphis in 19022.

The city directory from 1958 was the first one to refer to the store as the "Rexall" store. Rexall was a chain of drug stores, so presumably the store became part of that chain at that time.
I don't have access to city directories beyond 1960, but I did see an advertizement for the Fitzhugh Drug Store in the back of a 1963 yearbook, so it likely lasted at least until that year.
