Wyatt Conner O'Brien (1922-2008)1 was the manager of the O'Brien Drug Co in Chase City for 34 years2.

A facebook posting for his wife Meghan says that she and he ran the drugstore together for over 50 years.3 It goes on to say that the drugstore was fondly remembered by many people as the social hub of the town.

Apparently this drug store at some point became part of the Rexall chain of drug stores .
