Frank Dinges Drug Store

Company Names, addresses, dates:
Frank Dinges Drug Store, Edinburg VA
Peoples Drug Store (Frank Dinges Proprietor), Edinburg VA

Notes:
According to a plaque in the Edinburg/Madison District Museum: In 1898, Frank Cameron Dinges was the most popular clerk at Fletcher's Drug Store in Harrisonburg, VA. He later returned to Edinburg to establish himself as the town druggist at the Dinges Drug Store on Main Street.1
The plaque also says that Frank's son, Frank Jr., took over the drugstore from his father. The museum has many items on display from the drugstore, including an old cash register, scales, a mortar & pestal, and photographs of Frank & his store.1
The labels on the bottles below are all from Peoples Drug Store with Frank Dinges listed as the proprietor. One of the labels is dated 1951, so apparently Frank Dinges drug store was part of the Peoples drug store chain at that time. (more information will be added when I get around to researching this druggist)
