crute_02 This booklet is titled "THE LADIES BIRTHDAY ALMANAC FOR 1896" on the front. The photo shows the rear side, which has an advertisement for H.C. CRUTE. The advertisement says:

crute_04 This is prescription form, used as a receipt in 1899. I can't quite make out what the doctor's last name is, maybe 'Spencer'? Here's what I can make out:
