I suspect this was a doctors office that had it's own pharmacy.

Dr. Walter Jackson Stanford (1923-1997)² had his own practice at one point, because I've seen a label on a bottle (on eBay) that had his name (without Dr. Trevey), and the address "812 Wests Stuart Drive".
I've also seen a bottle with the same printed label as the bottle below (with both doctors), and it had the date "11-26-66" written in pen, so presumably the 2 doctors were teamed up in 1966.

I beleive the other doctor was this guy: John Edwin Trevey (1933-1990)³, who later moved to Kentucky & became a State Senator there.
