Notes:
Dr. Henry Hull Jr. (1820-1895)4 opened a drug store on Queen Street in 1865, and ran it until he died1.

Amos Tyler Hull (1871-1947)5 and his brother Henry Douglass Hull were listed as Henry's sons in the 1880 Census. I assume that the two of them were the brothers in the "Hull Brothers" store that came after their father passed away2, but I could not find any information about the Hull Brothers store.

There's a gap in available Hampton city directories, but sometime between 1897 and 1904, the Hull Brothers broke up, and Amos Tyler Hull took sole control of the store.
The store was listed in city directories under his name from 1904-1911, then it started being listed as "Hull's Cut Rate Drug Store".3
