Notes:
The earliest newspaper mention I could find for the Center Pharmacy was from 19491, and the latest was from 19862, so it started on or before 1949 and lasted until at last 1986.

A 1955 article mentions that Julian Bouldin Lipscomb (1906-2004)3 was the owner of the pharmacy at that time.4
Lipscomb was listed in the 1944 Richmond VA city directory as a clerk at the Bodeker Drug Co. Highland Springs is just east of Richmond.
