Honaker Pharmacy

Company Names, addresses, dates:
  Honaker Pharmacy, Honaker VA (ca.1910-1982)1,2

Notes:
The earliest reference I could find to the Honaker Pharmacy was an entry in the 1910 edition of the Era Druggists, a publication which lists drug stores in the USA.1

I don't know who started the pharmacy. The earliest reference I could find to a proprietor was for James G. Albert (1899-1986), who operated the pharmacy for 42 years between 1925 and 1967.3

In later years, it was operated by Charles C. Bundy (1939-1996), who operated the pharmacy for 16 years. 4

The last newspaper ad I could find for the pharmacy was in 1982, and a newspaper article later that year mentioned that someone named Bob Taylor bought out Mr. Bundy.2
