Dr. W.F. Fisher

Company Names, addresses, dates:
  Dr. W.F. Fisher, Liberty VA (ca.1877-ca.1890) 1,2
Fisher & Hughlett Bros, Bedford VA (ca.1890-1893) 1,2

Notes:
Dr. William Frank Fisher (1847-1930)3 had a drugstore in Liberty/Bedford for 16 years1.

In 1887, Fisher became the postmaster of Liberty VA.4
I don't know when he took on the Hughlett brothers as a partner, but the first mention I found of the "Fisher & Hughlett Bros" drug store was in 1891.
According to Wikipedia, Liberty Virginia's name was changed to Bedford City in 1890.

In 1893, Fisher sold his drug business to Messrs J.L. Fuqua & Co, to be named the Bedford City Drug Co. 1
Later that year, Fisher became a Baptist Minister5.
