He shows up in Lynchburg city directories as a drugstore owner from 1887 to 1923. In many of the subsequent years, his occupation is listed as pharmacist, but he's not listed as a drugstore owner, and it doesn't specify which drugstore he was working at. ¹

The unprinted side is handwritten. The label says: Printed Side: F.C. HELBIG / DRUGGIST / 905 Main St. Lynchburg, VA. Hand-written Side: ??? Extract / (can't make out the rest)
