Notes:
 Harry Edwin Orchard (1876-1964)4 started the Orchard Drug Company in 19062.
He had been a druggist since on or before 1900, as that was his occupation listed in the 1900 US Census.

In 1923, Harry was the president of the Virginia Pharmaceutical Association. 5

Harry is listed as a pharmacist working for the Massie & Long drugstore in the 1926 Lynchburg city directory, and in subsequent years he worked as a druggist/pharmacist, but no longer as a drugstore owner.1
