Marshall Pharmacy

Company Names, addresses, dates:
Marshall Pharmacy, Marshall, VA (1922-ca.1957) 1,2

Notes:
Dr. Edgar Ackley Moore (1878-1924)3 and Elwood Adolphos Walker Jr. (1894-1982)4 started the Marshall Pharmacy in 1922.1

Dr. Moore passed away in 1924, and he was replaced by Dr. Jeter R. Allen later that year.5
The pharmacy was incorporated in 1933.6

In 1953, Jeter R. Allen sold the pharmacy to John T. Lunceford.7
Lunceford didn't stay with the store very long, as in 1955 he sold it to Harry R. Glascock 8

The last newspaper mention I could find for the Marshall Pharmacy was in 19579, so I suspect that's about the time it ended.
There was a second store named "Marshall Pharmacy" that started in 1981, and closed in 2015.10
