Fagg's Drug Store
Company Names, addresses, dates:
Fagg's Drug Store, corner Church & Walnut Streets, Martinsville VA (1927-ca.1960) 1,2
Notes:
Robert James Fagg (1897-1965)3 bought the Roberts Drug Company on the corner
of Church & Walnut Streets in 19271. The bottles below list the address as the'
"Lee-Keesee Building", so I assume that building was on the corner of Church & Walnut Streets.
The Fagg's Drug Store lasted until at least 1960, as that was the last reference I could find to
it3. Fagg passed away in 1965, and his death certificate listed him as a "retired
pharmacist", so I assume he retired between 1960 and 1965.
