Notes:
Dr. J. Thomas Sledge (1852-1915)4 and his son, Dr. George R. Sledge (1879-1941)3 were the original owners of the Sledge & Co Pharmacy1.

J.T. Sledge passed away in 1916, but his son George continued to run the drug store until at least 19402, and probably until he died in 1941.
