T. Roberts Baker was the president of the Virginia Pharmacists Association in
1882 and 18832.
I saw a bottle on ebay for Meade & Baker's Carbolic Mouthwash that said "CHICAGO ILL FORMERLY RICHMOND VA",
so I guess that means either Meade & Baker eventually moved to Chicago, or they sold their Carbolic Mouthwash
formula to someone in Chicago.

it says "ANTISEPTIC GARGLE" instead of "RICHMOND VA" on the heel.

It has a cork, and the cork seems to have metal tube in it.
The embossing has been painted white to make it stand out.
