Notes:
T. Roberts Baker was the president of the Virginia Pharmacists Association in 1882 and 18832.
I saw a bottle on ebay for Meade & Baker's Carbolic Mouthwash that said "CHICAGO ILL FORMERLY RICHMOND VA", so I guess that means either Meade & Baker eventually moved to Chicago, or they sold their Carbolic Mouthwash formula to someone in Chicago.

The lip and neck of this bottle are noticably crooked.
baker_05 Clear 3.6" bottle, similar to the one above but without the "SUCCESSOR" clause. It is embossed:

baker_06 Clear 2.75" bottle embossed:

The "MB" monogram has the "M" horizontal and the "B" vertical.
baker_08 This is similar to the bottle above, but it's got a much smaller neck and slightly different embossing. It's a clear 4.8" bottle embossed:
horizontal: MEADE & BAKER / CARBOLIC / MOUTH WASH / MB (monogram) / ANTISEPTIC / GARGLE
The "MB" monogram has the "M" horizontal and the "B" vertical.
