Meade & Baker, 919 E. Main St., Richmond VA (1869-1880)
  T. Roberts Baker, 919 E Main St., Richmond VA (1881-1892)

Notes:
T. Roberts Baker was the president of the Virginia Pharmacists Association in 1882 and 18832.

I saw a bottle on ebay for Meade & Baker's Carbolic Mouthwash that said "CHICAGO ILL FORMERLY RICHMOND VA", so I guess that means either Meade & Baker eventually moved to Chicago, or they sold their Carbolic Mouthwash formula to someone in Chicago.

The city directories indicate Meade & Baker moved into 919 E. Main Street from 1869-1892, and in subsequent years Wm.P. Poythress & Co was at that address. However there is an 1892 receipt below that lists the name of the pharmacy at that address as:
"Meade & Baker Pharmacy (W.P. POYTHRESS & CO., Proprietors)".
My guess is that Poythress was slow to migrate the name of the pharmacy from "Meade & Baker" to "W.P. Poythress & Co" for some reason.
