This is a clear, 2.4" tall vial. I can't see any mold seam, so I don't know if it's machine-made
or mouth-blown. It has a label that says: label: JOHN M.G. RYLAND, M.D. / RICHMOND, VA. |

Notes:
Dr. John Muscoe Garnett Ryland (1890-1952) was a physician in Richmond from
about 1917 untill his death in 19521.
I didn't find any evidence that he ran a drugstore, so I'm not sure why the bottle
below has a label with his name and not the drugstore where the drugs were purchased.
Maybe Dr Ryland bottled & sold his own prescriptions?
