Notes:
 L. Ray Shadwell Jr. (1922-2002)4 opened the Shadwell Pharmacy with his father at the corner of Boulevard & Broad Streets (also referred to as 2800 W Broad Street) in 19234. "Boulevard" has been renamed to "Arthur Ashe Boulevard" according to Wikipedia.

In 1956, he moved his drug store from 2800 to 3317 on W Broad Street1.
I see advertisements for his store at that location as late as 1975.2.

At some point he opened another store on Ridge Road, as I saw a few advertisements that referenced that location in newspapers from the 1970s.3
