W.A. Jenkins

Company Names, addresses, dates:
  W.A. Jenkins, 801 13th St. NW, Washington DC (1896) 1

Notes:
William A. Jenkins was granted a "barroom liquor license" in March of 1896, at 801 Thirteenth Street NW. 1
He doesn't show up on any of the Washington DC city directories though, so his business (presumably a Saloon) must have been short lived.

There was a William A. Jenkins listed in city directories from 1882 through to the 1900s, but his occupation was listed as a Barber, so I presume that's not the guy who produced the bottle below. There were also a few guys in city directories named "William Jenkins" with no middle initial, but none of their occupations were related to botting.2
