Leonard Luber

Company Names, addresses, dates1:
Leonard Luber, Del Ave n C north, Washington DC (1866)

Notes:
The 1860 census says Leonard Luber was 32 years old (born approximately 1828 in Bavaria) and living in Washington DC, but his occupation is hard to read - I think it says "Cabinet-maker".
Leonard Luber shows up in the 1866 Washington DC city directory as a beer brewer.
Tax assessments for 1865 and 1866 list Leonard Luber's occupation either "Fermented Liquor" or "Weiss Beer", producing 5 to 6 barrels per month at Del ave between C and D North.
The 1870 Census lists Leonard Luber in Ohio, working as a Carpenter. Presumably it's the same guy because he's the same age and has the same wife & kids listed.
