Notes:
 John D. O'Meara (born 1856) was the older brother of James Frank O'Meara (born 1859), and both were bottlers 2.

Frank J. O'Meara is listed in an 1890 DC directory as a bottler, but James F. O'Meara is listed as a bottler in the 1900 census. My guess is it's the same guy (James Frank O'Meara, brother of fellow bottler John D. O'Meara).
