I don't know much about this company. A web search has shown that there was more than one company with the name "Purity Bottling", including companies in Texas, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. I don't know if any of those companies are connected to the Washington DC company that made the bottle shown below.
Page 9 of the May 7, 1924 edition of the Washington Post newspaper has an ad that listed the Purity Bottling Co. as one of 16 members of the Soda Water Bottlers Association of Washington.
