Sas-O

Company Names, addresses, dates1:
  Sas-O Bottling Co, 1400 N Cap (1918-1919)
Sas-O Bottling Co, 1422-28 Pa ave SE (1920-1922)
Sas-O Bottling Co, 1422-24 Pa ave SE (1923)

Notes:
I don't know much about this company. They only lasted from 1918-1923. The name appears in city directories as "Sas-O" sometimes and "Saso" others.
William O. Hildebrand appears to have been the owner of the company according to a Sept 25, 1919 article in the Washington Post. I presume that the WOH monogram on the back is Hildebrand's initials (first initial "W" is larger and in the middle).
An ad in the June 21, 1920 Washington Post says "WHEN U DRINK SAS-O U'LL SA-SO". I'm not sure what that means, but it sounds pretty lame.

Bottles:

saso_1 (front) saso_2 (back) This is one of the few bottles I've seen with embossing on the lip.
This is an 8" aqua machine-made crown top embossed:
front: SAS-O / BOTTLING CO. / WASHINGTON, D.C. / 7 FLUID OUNCES
back: WOH / REGISTERED
base: 45-3
lip-front: G
lip-back: 33
The back has an unusual logo with a "W-O-H" mongram, which presumably was the initials of the proprietor (William O. Hildebrand).
saso_3 (back) This is an 8" aqua machine-made crown top embossed:
shoulder: REGISTERED
round slug plate: BOTTLING CO. / SAS-O / WASHINGTON, D.C.
below slug plate: CONTENTS 7 FL. OZ.
