Williams
Company Names, addresses, dates:
  Williams, Washington DC
Notes:
Williams does not appear in any Washington DC city directories.
I cannot find proof of this, but I suspect that the bottle below embossed
with "Williams" was from a company owned by Wash B. Williams.
A July 25, 1937 article in the Washington Post
said that Mr. Wash B. Williams had just accepted a Dr. Pepper franchise, but
it also said that he had opened a bottling plant 2 years earlier.
So my guess is that his bottling plant opened about 1935 and started producing
soda in bottles like the one shown in the table below; then in 1937 he started
producing
Dr. Pepper
using bottles embossed with "Dr Pepper".
