Notes:
The following information is from rdricketts blog 1:
The 1860 census shows Henry Adolphus Wiseman (1847-1902) was a clerk in John H. Holcombe's drug store. Wiseman later became a partner in the drug store, and eventually became the owner for 40 years. The corner at Main and Union Streets became known as "Wiseman's Corner". In 1902, his drug store was at 438 Main Street.
Wiseman also owned a drugstore called "Temple Pharmacist" at the Masonic Temple, also on Main Street. This drugstore was sold to P.R. Jones in 1905.
