Notes:
Ebbert Ashby Jones (1877-1952) was a druggist in Schoolfield. 2
Schoolfield VA is a branch of Danville Virginia, and the Jones' Drug Store is listed in the Danville city directories. I don't have access to any city directories between 1908 and 1917, so the Jones' drug store likely started sometime in between those 2 years.1
Likewise, the last year I see the Jones' Drug store is 1954, and it's not listed in the 1960 directory, so it likely went out of business between those 2 years.

There were other drugstores in Danville run by people named Jones but I have not found any relation between those Jones and the Jones that ran this drug store.
More information about Danville drug stores is available at rdricketts blog.
