Spillman & Alexander Drug Co

Company Names, addresses, dates:
Spillman & Alexander Drug Co, Corner Main & Valley Ave., Winchester VA (ca.1935-1936) 1,2
Alexander Drug Co, Corner Main & Valley Ave., Winchester VA (1936-1941) 2

Notes:
Albert Garland Spillman (1909-1964)3 passed his board pharmacy test in 1930.4
He teamed up with James Robert Alexander (1903-1960)5 to form the Spillman & Alexander Drug Company.
I don't know what year that company started - the earliest reference I could find was an entry in the Virginia Pharmacist in July 1935, so it started on-or-before that date.

In 1936, Spillman left to become the pharmacist of the Miller Drug Store6, and in 1945 he became the owner of that store7.

Also in 1936, Alexander became the sole owner of the drug store, now called "Alexander Drug Co". He continued to run the store until 1941, at which time he sold it and went into the Real Estate business.2
